*What are your lead-times?

Lead-time for towel is 4-6 weeks from the time the order is placed and TT has received until the first shipment is made.

*Where are you located? Which port is closest from your factory?

Our home office is in Shanghai. We have production facilities in Heibei Province which it is close to Beijing. We also established sales offices in Moscow. The Tianjin port & Qingdao port are closest ports from our factory.

*Do you provide graphic assistance in designing my products?

We have graphic artists available to assist in the design of your products. Customers are charged for graphic assistance on a case-by-case basis.

*Do you provide samples?

For towels we provide the samples, for blankets we provide digital proofs for your approval. In the case of specialty items such as tablecloth, bathrobes, a sample charge may apply. The shipping charge is required and prefer collect payment.
